Longest run: 20

Fastest run/pace: 7:01 (during a speed work session)

YTD mileage: 958

Miles to goal: 1,056

This months mileage is my second highest month ever. In March I ran just 9 miles more than I did this month. Not too bad! I’m noticing a cyclical pattern between high and low(er) mileage months. I anticipate that next month, even though I’m running the Vancouver USA Marathon, will be a little lower. Truth be told, a little less mileage (and hopefully more trail running!!) sounds great! So does tapering. One more long run tomorrow and then I’ll begin to taper for marathon #5.
