Another great week of training in the books! I hadn’t added up my mileage before I sat down to write this post so I honestly didn’t know that I had run as many miles as I did! I do like running high-mileage and will be a little sad to see those numbers begin to drop as I taper but I’m also embracing the process and know lower mileage will be the ticket to being race-ready in 13 days!
It also forces me to be really mindful about nutrition, hydration, and rest so I’m embracing that part of the process too. 13 days. Wowza!
