After a couple of days off following the Vancouver USA Marathon, I eased back into it last week with a few short, slow, and easy runs. Except for yesterday. I ventured out with my BFP for what ended up being a pretty challenging run. Some serious hills and a good portion on technical trails. My quads are really sore today so I’m grateful for another rest day! I also didn’t get any accurate stats because my Garmin died at 11.35 miles in. We were about 2.5-3 miles from my house but ended up walking the last half mile (roughly). To the very best of my mileage calculating ability, I was pretty close to 13.5 miles, give or take a little.
