UGG. So not how I had hoped the week would go. I should have run at least 30 miles but Sunday morning I bailed on BFP and didn’t run at all. I’m exhausted. And I chose to unwind with a drink, or two, too many Saturday night. Not a great combo and not smart at all.

Moving on.

I have two months to meet my goal of 2014 miles. This should be the last week of super-crazy-busy and I’m hopeful that by the beginning of next week, I’ll have more time to dedicate to running and training. I’ve got big plans for November!!
