*I volunteered some time working with one of my favorite organizations, our local Run Girl Run program, which mentors elementary aged girls who train for, and run their first 5k.

It’s been a long while since my weekly mileage has been as low as it was last week. While I had hoped for a better outcome at my race yesterday after a light week, I’m sure the reduction of mileage is a good thing overall. I’m jumping into my final weeks of what will be some pretty intense training. The Boston Marathon is five (5!!!!!!!) weeks from today!
