For the second week in a row, I didn’t break 20 miles. Heck, I didn’t even make it to 18 miles. The runs I did get in were all on trail, or cross-country terrain, so a bit slower but that’s where I’ve been focusing my energy. I will also note that October was my lowest mileage month of the year.

With that in mind, as November was approaching, I started thinking about a strategy for getting my mileage up higher and decided on a month-long running streak. My streak will consist of running every single day in November, a minimum of one mile.

This week has started off pretty good. I’m aiming to, at the very least, double my mileage and find a race towards the end of the month to focus training on.
