Twenty-two days into my November running streak, plus the three additional days I ran in October, puts me at 25 consecutive days of running at least a mile or more. I know it sounds weird, but I swear I feel better when I run more often.
The training plan I prescribed hasn’t been quite where I want it to be but I think I can get back on track this week. All I can do is the best I can and take the rest in stride.
