Highest mileage week since the end of September/first of October when I ran the Portland Marathon! It’s only by a couple of miles but I find an odd sense of comfort seeing my mileage creep back up closer to 40 per week. Especially since I’m not “training” for anything at the moment.

I’m also happy to report that I’ve stuck to one of my goals which is running trail at least once a week. Yeah, we’re only (almost) two weeks into 2016 but it’s a trend I hope continues!
