My goal last week was to run 25 miles and I started off pretty strong. However, as the weekend closed in I lost my momentum. I wasn’t feeling 100% so my effort Friday – Sunday reflects that. I only managed 22 miles. BUT, that 22 miles resulted in my highest mileage week since the second week of February. So I’ll take it. And, I plan to build on it!
